
Job Summary
Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager oversees the entire maintenance operations of the aviation facility, ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. This role involves managing a team of skilled maintenance technicians, coordinating with other departments to ensure aircraft readiness, and developing strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness. The Maintenance Manager is also responsible for budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining high safety standards within the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Staff:
Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure effective operations.
Ensure Compliance:
Maintain compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in aviation maintenance management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or related field.
Certifications:
A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certification preferred.
