Job Summary

The Safety Manager is responsible for developing and implementing safety programs to ensure compliance and safety in all maintenance operations. This role involves investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, and conducting safety training for maintenance staff. The Safety Manager works closely with regulatory bodies to ensure that all safety protocols are up to date and adhered to. This position is critical for maintaining a safe working environment and preventing accidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Programs:

  Develop and implement safety programs and protocols.

• Incident Investigation:

  Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

• Training:

  Conduct safety training for maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years in safety management in aviation.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field.

• Certifications:

  Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
